Inventory Accounting Manager

My client is Canada-wide, and is a leader in its industry. Fast paced, exciting, and able to offer a fantastic compensation plan to the right candidate. They are currently seeking an Inventory Accounting Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
Management of period end functions including journal entry and reconciliation approval
Work closely with operations to provide counsel on inventory accounting
Prepare inventory reporting used by operations to better manage and control inventory
Lead, mentor and train a team of two
Prepare working papers and schedules and liaise with auditors
This company will expect from you:
Accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA)
A minimum of five years’ related experience
Proven team management and leadership skills
Strong MS Excel and Access expertise
"System savvy" with ERP experience is a definite asset
