The position of Business Support and Analysis Manager reports directly to the Corporate Director.
What does success look like?
-You will lead, train and mentor your team of analysts and assistants
-You will develop strong working relationships with other managers in the accounting department (including reporting, budgeting, etc); working closely to provide service to key operational stakeholders
-Your interest in the business will be driven by your dealing with managers and directors across the organization
-You will ensure appropriate management reporting, both financial and statistical, is created and delivered in a timely manner
-You will liaise with operations and help them collect the pertinent information to build their budgets and update their forecasts
-Your analysis expertise will ensure that variance review is complete and tells the whole story, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
-You will develop projects plans that meet requirements, and ensure the projects are completed in a timely manner
-Your consultative skills will allow you to react quickly to ad hoc requests
-A designated accountant (CA, CMA, CGA) with a Bachelor degree
-Experienced for three or more years in the area of analysis and budgeting
-A very strong communicator, written and verbal with a passion for working with operations
