What does success look like?
In this role you will be responsible for data entry and preparing documentation for Accounts Payable processes. You are also accountable for duties within the cash management process and provide administrative support to the Administration team with order maintenance, clerical and other duties.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
-Accountable for cash counts, credit card entries and etc.
-Investigate and resolve any Accounts Payable issues
-Assist in pulling vendor invoices for cheque runs and reports
-General support to Accounting team
Who are you?
-Diploma/Degree in accounting and/or recognized post-secondary expertise with accounting is an asset
-Experience with Microsoft Navision is a strong asset
-Ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of work
-2-3 years of full cycle accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Advanced Excel skills
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people, able to work co-operatively on a team.
