Production Manager
H Street Media is looking for a Production Manager to manage a range of online and off line marketing initiatives for a high-profile US client.

The Role
Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders, the Media Buying team and the Creative Design/Production team, the production manager will manage and deliver large-scale advertising and marketing initiatives across multiple channels including:
• Direct Mail
• Internet
• Design
• Web development
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate Direct Mail and print publication production life cycles utilizing resources from external vendors ranging from high profile print and fulfillment houses and external content providers to our in-house production team.
• Work closely with our experienced print brokers to help negotiate pricing.
• Deliver detailed technical and production specifications surrounding all projects.
• Manage production and release cycles of online and off line campaign initiatives including
o website promotional updates.
o online advertising campaigns.
o acquisition and retention-based promotional materials.
• Ensure the production cycle addresses business objectives and marketing goals.
• Have the natural ability plan complex projects a year in advance.

Experience
• At least three years experience in a similar role working on direct mail and print marketing projects
• Preference will be given to those candidates who have also been heavily involved in sports related brands.
• Many years working closely with creative and highly motivated production teams is vital.
• Experience in client handling and account management.
Education
Bachelors degree in liberal arts, communications, business, or a related field preferred or four years equivalent professional experience.
