For our client we are currently looking for an intern for any of the following positions:
- Performance Manager
- Tourism and Olympic Coordinator
- Sponsoring Assistant
- Art Assistant
- Sales / PR person
- Graphic designer
Location: Beijing
Starting date: all year long
Duration: 4 months minimum
Internship description:
Promote the company’s services (see below) to foreign companies and organizations in Beijing, manage the projects resulting thus obtained (brief, recommendation, organization, client follow-up, coordination and implementation), such as:
- Artistic and cultural content for corporate events
- Chinese cultural experiences for visitors in Beijing
- Rental / Sale / Promotion of works of art
- Sponsoring of artistic and cultural projects
- Production of artistic events (concerts etc.)
These tasks/projects can be dispatched within the interns, according to their center of interests. The company’s management will be there to guide, advice and provide all useful information and contacts for you to be able to manage efficiently the projects. You will be working in an international environment. Whatever your level in Chinese, you will have the opportunity to use it in all kinds of situations
Requirements:
- English proficiency, spoken and written (all nationalities welcome)
- French and/or Chinese would be even better, but not compulsory
- Organized, self motivated
- Interest in and sensitivity for arts and culture
- Communication and presentation skills that permit approaching clients and dealing with them in an effective and professional manner
- No specific education or experience required, if you are the above! Naturally, a communication / marketing / sales / business / management background would well match this position.
- Have a laptop
