E-Recruitment Project Manager - Internship Program
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will be overseeing all aspects of the e-Recruitment Project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
EDUCATION
Masters Degree in Computer Sciences
ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Project Management interpersonal skills. Project Management organization and planning skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute conflictual tasks. Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of HR business environment. Knowledge of Project Management principles. Knowledge of SQL Server application development. Knowledge of Programming (JavaScript, HTML)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. -Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
PERSONAL SUITABILITY
Highly self motivated and directed Attention to details. Team player

INDUSTRY CANADA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

In order to be eligible to participate in this Youth Employment Program, the student must:
1. be between the age of 15 and 30 years.
2. be Canadian citizen or permanent resident or person who has been granted refugee status or international student visa in Canada.
International student or graduate must have valid work permit in Canada.
3. be enrolled in a post-secondary education program or have recently graduated from such program and intending to return to school; and
4. be pursuing education in computer science, computer engineering, and Programming or Web development.
5. The student will have to complete and sign an Industry Canada Participant Information Form (PIF) prior to the start of the internship.
