Essential Qualifications :
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in human resources management, psychology, public administration, organizational design & behaviour, industrial relations or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience in the provision of operational classification services (job evaluation and organizational design).

Experience working on complex classification cases and in the implementation of generic work descriptions

Experience working with the Government of Canada, US Government or the United Nations Organizations

Experience in the provision of advice and guidance to senior management and peers on organizational and classification matters.

Knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relevant to classification within the federal public service.

Knowledge of current issues and trends in human resources management.

Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of organization and classification.
Ability to analyze complex classification issues and develop solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
