Essential Qualifications :
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience in providing advice to management on a variety of classification activities
Experience in advising senior management on complex organizational and classification issues.
Experience in evaluating positions in committees.
Experience in managing projects
Experience in working in a corporate environment with the Government federal Government.
Knowledge of organization and classification policies, guidelines, standards, methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge of the classification grievance process.
Knowledge of current issues in organization and classification within the Canadian federal public service, the US federal public service and the United Nations Organizations .
Knowledge of the classification monitoring function.
Ability to analyze and research complex organization and classification issues and recommend viable and innovative solutions.
Ability to plan and organize workload.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Effective interpersonal relationships

Official Language Proficiency : Knowledge of French and English languages.
