We are looking for a Media Buyer, to manage the implementation of our advertising programs. You'll partner with the marketing management team to craft strategies, articulate messages, and purchase media to drive the our advertising solutions
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute media plans, proposals and analysis
Ensure that all media plans meet proposed objectives with fully supported documentation
Prepare evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest
Initiate and coordinate the media planning and buying process
Negotiation of rates with media suppliers
Evaluate and monitor the execution of media plans and buys
Inform senior team members of potential challenges and opportunities
Maintain relationships with media suppliers
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is required
Minimum of 3 years experience in media planning or buying
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Highly developed organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Bilingual English and French - written and verbal
Experience working with media research tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
