EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have at least 3 years sales experience. Hard goods industry experience is preferred (eg. food, pharmaceuticals, sporting goods, etc.). Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, solid business acumen, excellent attention to detail, and must be willing to learn. Must be a strategic planner with strong analytical & communication skills and the ability to "conceptualize the sale".
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promoting the sale of the company’s products to customers and achieving corporate sales objectives by establishing and maintaining solid business relationships. Developing new accounts and growing market share. Generating market analysis reports for customers. Presenting various agreements based on pricing, sales conditions, service, and value added business solutions to ensure entire customer satisfaction and maintain the company's image and reputation in the marketplace. Compiling customer and market data or statistics as required. Attending and representing the company at all industry or customer shows. Carrying out any other assigned tasks that may be linked to the nature of the position. This position reports to the Director of Sales. Work can be done from a home office (the company showroom is in Brampton).

SALARY/BENEFITS:
Salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 (reviewed annually + bonus up to 25% of base salary + company vehicle + all work related expenses + RRSP type pension plan + 100% company paid benefits package). |
