Senior Exploration Manager
Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the ASX 200, this prominent Mining Organisation is looking to further develop their South-East Asian tenements - and looking for you to assist them
Currently we are looking to fill the role of Senior Exploration Manager to take of a number of developments across 2 countries on either a Residential or Fly-in, Fly-out basis (FIFO). The FIFO option is available from any from any major city in the World - which means you can live in Canada/North America and apply your skills in sunny Asia.
While the head office is based in Australia the local offices are based centrally in major, and well-known, cities in the respective countries.
The be considered for this role you should fulfill some of the following:
- University qualification in Mining related subject (Preferably to MSc level)
- Have a minimum of 10-15 years experience in developing and managing extensive exploration programs
- Possess a high level of negotiation skills
- Staff Management skills is a must
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding
Further more the ideal candidate will have lived and worked in Indonesia and/or China for a minimum of 3 years and gained experience in the industry within these countries.
Again this role is based on a residential or Expat basis and the company will in addition to a generous base package also include you in their share option scheme and access to lucrative incentives (bonus, relocation package etc).
