Our client a legal firm located in Old Montreal is seeking a mature and reliable secretary/receptionist for their new office.
You must have a keen eye for detail, the desire to make a difference and to secure a stable long-term position. Your flexibility and ability to work independently are key.
Responsibilities:
· Answering main telephone line
· Reception and coordination of couriers, mail and faxes and related material
· Managing phone system set up and maintenance
· Maintenance of office and kitchen supplies
· Coordination of client files; existing, new and closed
· Administration of invoices and bill payments
· Various administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Fluently bilingual
· Minimum 10+ years work experience in a professional setting
· Highly organized and independent |
