We are looking for a bright energetic junior professional, hard working, Very organized and efficient and able to multi task as this role offers a variety of responsibilities.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
Knowledge in architecture, urban design, planning and residential construction;
• STRONG command of the English language
• Professional attitude & presentation: punctual, assertive and personable
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized and analytical
• Must be customer service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work in a team environment
• Verifiable references
Responsibilities:
Review/comment on plans, materials, colours;
Provide innovative design solutions;
Project management and site inspections;
