Painter Job Description - (no experience is necessary)
* Responsible for working 40 hours a week
* Attend training sessions on painting, safety, and customer service
* Able to do physical labor outside, including climbing and moving a ladder
* Follow College Pro’s safety policies
* Responsible for traveling to different job sites. College Pro does not provide transportation.
* Responsible for the prep work and applying the finish coat to a home in a professional manner. Prep work includes washing, scraping, priming, caulking, and puttying surfaces. The finish coat includes brushing and rolling paint on siding, shingles, decks, fences, doors, and windows.
* Complete all workmanship in a professional manner
* Morning and evening set up and take down of supplies and equipment
* Daily job site clean-up including brushes and rollers
* Maintaining a good working relationship with the franchisee.
