SALES REPRESENTITIVE

We consist of two divisions: (1) High Performance Coatings for industrial OEM, maintenance applications and corporate re-imaging coatings, and (2) surface-applied waterproofing, seamless epoxy flooring, elastomeric roofing and wall coating systems.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, responsibilities include selling and promoting comapny products and services. Establishing and maintaining business relations with “key” personal involved with or influencing the decision of suppliers to be used. Sales will include product demonstrations, information presentations, and travel as required for training and sales opportunities.

Remuneration
• Base salary $60,000.00 per year, paid every two weeks, via direct deposit
• Bonus program as outlined below paid January 31 for previous year contributions.
Eligibility:
• The employee must be employed at the beginning of the bonus period defined as January 1
• The employee must be employed at the end of the bonus period defined as December 31
• The current year Net Contribution must be greater than 90% of the prior year Net Contribution
Bonus calculation is the greater of:
• Net Contribution increase for the current year over prior year multiplied by 10.00%.
• $2,500 for sales from $2 million to $3 million
• $5,000 for sales over $3 million
Net Contribution is calculated:
• Net Sales (Sales less rebates & returns)
• Less Cost of Sales (Raw material, container and plant costs)
• Less territory expenses
Criminal record check, drug screen and physical also required prior to hire.
