Position: Sales Manager

Description: The ICC Sales Organization serves as the sales and marketing group for MONARCH branded resorts. ICC specializes in the sale of tropical vacation and co-ownership interest in gated golf course communities in Mexico.
ICC is currently seeking a Sales Manager. We seek a forward thinking executive with well-rounded experience, who possesses strong, proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. The right candidate will have 5+ years of successful leadership and sales experience. This individual will have led a team of at least 5 + sales people and have a proven track record for establishing strategic external relationships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls.
Assist in lead generation.
Develop relationships with business organizations & clients to promote our product.
Develop strategies to consistently meet or exceed department, team and individual goals.
Interview and recommend potential team members using behavior-based processes.
Determine and provide training resources for team members.
Follow and enforce established ICC Sales Organization policies and procedures.
Meet established ICC Sales Organization deadlines.
Participate in company/team meetings and training sessions.
Actively participate in professional education and development of self and subordinates.
Facilitate external relationships at appropriate events and associations.
Conduct scheduled performance appraisals of team members.
Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of sales experience preferred.
3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience, sales environment preferred.
High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
Possess the ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external clients.
Possess the ability to serve as an effective role model and leader through demonstrated maturity and solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Possess the ability to motivate and challenge team members to meet and exceed established goals.
Possess the willingness to develop and strengthen product and industry knowledge and learn policies and procedures specific to ICC Sales Organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other windows-based programs.
