We are looking a a Service Writer/Coordinator with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have knowledge of mechanics, computers and a strong desire to provide top notch servcie. You will be the liaison between our technicians and clients, coordinating repair services. You will write estimates, track work orders and perform timely follow-ups with customers as required. Customer relations will be a priority.
