An established and growing real estate company headquartered in Yaletown is seeking an experienced property manager. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and at least 3 years experience in commercial, residential or strata management.

Requirements:

Solid experience in operating budgets, financial and accounting analysis, lease interpretation, use of property management related software programs, public relations, marketing and excellent inter-personal skills.
