Job Title: Outside Sales - IT Services

We are looking for up-and-coming sales people with a passion for selling IT services. You will be joining a growing IT services firm that serves small to mid-size companies of 25 to 250 employees in the GTA. They act as an outsourced IT department for their clients by building and managing their networks, IT support and developing custom software applications for varying projects. Their goal is to streamline their clients business, and help them operate smoothly and profitably.
You will network and cold call to generate your clients. The sales strategy is to start with a small project in a new customer, and then grow the relationship over time. They are very proud of their customer relationships, and how they have grown them over the years. You will use the same approach by building up your own client base.
The position offers a base salary of $45,000 with on target income of $85,000 in year 1.
Requirements:
-3 - 5 years experience selling IT services, software or hardware
-Passion for technology
-Strong hunter and business developer
-Proven track record of prospecting, networking and cold calling
-Excellent relationship building skills
-Ability to sell complex products and services, and make them tangible and accessible to a non-technical audience
