Job Title: Project Leader - Energy Conservation

Total Income: $80,000

Fuel prices continue to rise and energy conservation has turned into a multi-billion dollar industry. There are tremendous business opportunities that are untapped and are looking for a better solution.

Our client is a multi-faceted company that sells power saving solutions for industrial and warehousing clients. Their approach involves guaranteed savings through the installation of lighting fixtures and motor governance technology to reduce the load for specific power categories.

They partner with power utilities who offer energy conservation programs and they deliver solutions to mid sized and large companies. Now they are moving forward to hiring a Project Leader who will conduct energy audits on new clients and oversee all details for the installation of new lighting fixtures, motor and refrigeration energy saving devices. Average size project installation is 2 weeks and you will manage multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation is $50-60k base depending on experience and a potential bonus plan based on successful implementations, which could take your income to $80k.

We are looking for:

-5 years electrical project management experinece
-Master electrician or a liscenced electrician
-Education in mechanical or electrical engineering
-Hands on electrical experience
-Working know of motor technology
-Proven track in completing projects on time and within budget
-Track record of managing sub contractors and materials
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in an open culture with a great deal of autonomy
