We're looking for proven sales people to join a leading provider of packaging products. They work with manufacturers and distributors, and provide stock and custom packaging solutions.
The company is growing rapidly, and looking for sales people to help take the company to the next level. The organization currently has 5 sales people, and are looking to add 2 more top performers. You will join a young, vibrant culture that are excited about the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales person with experience selling in the paper, packaging or film industry. The company hires people who have experience in the industry or related industries.
The position offers a salary of $45,000 with on target earnings of $75,000 in year 1 + benefits, car allowance and other perks.
If you have a book of business over $1 million in the packaging industry they will negotiate with you, and offer substantially more.
Requirements:
- 1+ years outside sales experience in the packaging industry: corrugated, film or paper.
- Strong hunting and prospecting skills. Able to find and develop new accounts.
- Excellent relationship building skills. As you grow in the territory you will be assigned key accounts to manage and grow.
- Outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic, and highly accountable
- Excellent communication skills
