Dealer Support Representative-Bilingual French/English

Currently, LGM services clients through direct relationships and also through agreements held with major automotive manufacturing brands including Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, MINI, Mazda, Kia and Mitsubishi.

As a Profit 500 company and one of BC’s fastest growing companies, we have an opportunity for a full-time Dealer support representative. The Dealer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the dealer client base and best-in-class support to our internal sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily administration and coordination of customer service activities
• Administer industry leading customer retention/reward programs
• Liaise with the sales team to coordinate internal sales force
• Coordinate sign up process for new customers
• Take an active customer service role in coordinating annual product revisions and programs
• Maintain an understanding of each product
• Assist the LGM Training Department with coordination of local and offsite training events
• Additional duties, tasks and / or projects as required by Management

• Fluently bilingual both written and spoken (French/English)

• Creative Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective and efficient at multi-tasking
• Courteous and professional telephone manner
• Ability to motivate team
• Proficient with MS Office suite of products
• Keyboarding skills of 45 wpm


• Post-secondary education an asset
• Willingness to complete requisite licensing programs and designations


• 2+ years experience in a customer service / administration role
• Insurance/Automotive Industry experience an asset
