The Dealer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the dealer client base and best-in-class support to our internal sales force.
Daily administration and coordination of customer service activities
Administer industry leading customer retention/reward programs
Liaise with the sales team to coordinate internal sales force
Coordinate sign up process for new customers
Take an active customer service role in coordinating annual product revisions and programs
Maintain an understanding of each product
Assist the LGM Training Department with coordination of local and offsite training events
Additional duties, tasks and / or projects as required by Management

Post-secondary education an asset
Willingness to complete requisite licensing programs and designations
2+ years experience in a customer service / administration role
Insurance/Automotive Industry experience an asset
