The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for claim loss adjusting primarily on Replacement Vehicle Coverage programs as well as participating in strategic product development, loss mitigation and customer experience workgroups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence to customers who have purchased our product, auto dealerships selling our products, as well other internal or external individuals or groups involved in the claim and product development lifecycles, as required.
• Meet department service level agreements and claim management standards.
• Liaise with Finance, Dealer Support and other functional departments, as necessary.

Experience:
• 3+ years Replacement Vehicle Coverage adjusting experience
• Replacement-vehicle product development experience an asset
