We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Aveda West Edmonton Mall Experience Centre. The Assistant Manager will assist in leading the team on the achievement of sales and will ensure that high levels of customer service are exemplified in the store.

Essential Functions:
•Ensure that the highest levels of client service are achieved throughout the store
•Track retail sales against sales goals using the system provided
•Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among the team
Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years experience motivating a retail team
•Proven track record of sales achievement
•Desire to achieve service excellence
•Superior coaching and communication skills
•Excellent organization skills
•Experience in fashion and/or beauty and wellness retail preferred
•Flexible to work nights and weekends
