Responsibilities:
* Manage all production activities for 24/7 operation to ensure the manufacture of the high quality product in the most cost effective manner
* Lead, mentor, and motivate all production staff members
* As a senior member of the management team, establish production and quality standards, assist in developing site budget, write SOPs, and promote positive company image.
Requirements:
* BS in Engineering or similar discipline.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with 2-3 years supervisory / management experience within a manufacturing environment
* Must have exposure to continuous improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
* Must have an ability to influence, negotiate, and gain consensus from others
* Experience with a combination of the following is required: injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, plastics, continuous improvement, six sigma
