Job Description :
The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified applicants for admissions/enrollment.
Responsibilities :
● Must effectively manage inquiries and utilize corporate resources to make prompt and effective contacts to pursue qualified candidates for enrollment.
● Promote the school's educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students, parents and educators.
● Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities including: open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs etc.
● Demonstrate resourcefulness and drive to ensure enrollment and start rate goals are met in this competitive educational arena
● Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards and adhere to all provincial and federal accreditation and the school's rules and regulations regarding student recruitment
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree or industry experience
● At least 1-2 years of strong sales experience or customer service
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Ability to focus on the bottom line and meet deadlines
● Strong time management capabilities is vital
