There is a need for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their team, enhance the interaction with clients and accelerate the growth of the organization.
If you are interested in working as part of a small, tightly-knit and creative team this may be the opportunity for you. This is an exciting entry level opportunity with a competitive salary + future bonus structure, along with health benefits considered after 3 months.
Responsibilities
• Deal with day-to-day client activity both in the showroom and on the phone
• Provide excellent customer service from trades/manufacturing level to corporate client level
• Maintaining and detailing the recently renovated showroom
• Handle multiple tasks and jump in where needed
Qualifications
• Friendly, outgoing, high-energy and upbeat personality
• Ability to problem solve, make decisions and provide solutions
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to visualize mechanical concepts and understand design elements an asset
