Job Description:
The Account Manager will source, develop and maintain a client base for this audio, web and video conferencing client. This requires a strong candidate that can ascertain a client’s needs quickly and provide the solution aggressively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Relations
• Establish new accounts primarily through cold-calling
• Educate clients about services
• Manage contracts to ensure deliverables and performance expectations are met
• Seek new opportunities within existing accounts
Education & Experience
• Sales and customer service is ideal but not necessary
• Excellent command of English language, both oral and written is mandatory
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn is needed
