Job Description:
The General Manager is responsible for overall restaurant operations, leading the Team in providing outstanding product quality and guest experience.
Responsibilities:
● Must effectively demonstrate leadership abilities, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at once
● Demonstrate resourcefulness and good problem solving skills
● Ability to mentor and motivate others, maintaining focus on financial objectives
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree or industry experience
● At least 2-3 years of management experience in hospitality industry
● Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; second language an asset
● Strong customer skills with an out-going and upbeat attitude
