The Village at Southgate is an active and exciting community of approximately 650 units, made up of a combination of low and high rise buildings. This community is located in south Edmonton, with excellent access to amenities. Recreation and fitness facilities are also located on site.
Position Overview
This regular full-time position (Monday through Friday) involves general suite maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for general suite and appliance repair, responding to resident maintenance requests and repairs to furnace, hot water tanks and boilers. Seasonally related tasks will also be performed. This individual will also participate in the on call maintenance schedule within the portfolio. This position reports to the Site Manager.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance, construction and/or appliance repair is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
