Overview
This opportunity is for an experienced manager in the wholesale/distribution industry. You’ll be managing the regional distribution & sale of electrical products of six separate branches. Product knowledge is crucial in this role so only those with an electrical background will be considered.

You will be responsible for supplier relations and staff relations so experience in large branch management or regional management is required. You will be involved in all aspect of the regional operations reporting directly to the GM of the Western Canadian division. In this role you will be groomed to divisional management.

You will be offered a strong base rate in the 6 figure margin. This, coupled with GP and branch performance bonuses means there is a good deal of money to be made for someone willing to take on this project.

Required Qualifications & Experience
The selected candidate will have roughly 5 years experience as a sales manager or branch manager within the electrical industry having a minimum of 20 subordinates. You will be interacting with clients of all levels so a solid understanding of the Northern Alberta culture and construction industry will be a strong asset.

You will be spearheading several improvement initiatives so business development and proven management skills are key for this position. Strong leadership and organizational skills are also required.
