Overview
This opportunity is for an experienced manager in the wholesale/distribution industry. You’ll
be managing a commercial/residential product line of electrical and plumbing products.
Product knowledge is crucial in this role so only those with an electrical/plumbing background
will be considered.
You will be heading the restructuring of the company’s Ft. McMurray branch so even though
this is an established company, this is a ground floor opportunity where you’ll grow as the
branch grows. You will be re-organizing the inventory & staffing and your initial bonus
system will have benchmarks to reflect your performance in these areas. This, coupled with
GP and branch performance bonuses means there is a good deal of money to be made for
someone willing to take on this project.

Required Qualifications & Experience
The selected candidate will have roughly 5 years experience as a sales manager or branch
manager within the electrical/plumbing industry. You will be interacting with clients of all
levels so a solid understanding of the Ft. McMurray culture and construction industry will be a
strong asset.
As you will be restructuring this facility, business development and proven management skills
are key for this position. Strong leadership and organizational skills are also required.
