Overview
A well established manufacturing company is seeking a production manager to direct their manufacturing facility. This company has been in their niche industry for over eighty years and deals with many international clients with very little direct competition.

The production manager will be responsible for managing the warehouse/manufacturing personnel and leading them to the most effective and efficient schedule to meet the demands of client orders. The quality control of the company’s products is a crucial responsibility in this position.

The Production Manager is skilled at measuring the quality of a product and implementing universal production techniques. In this position, you will be confident in your decisions and be competent in corresponding the appropriate amount manpower and equipment or supplies to the demands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned supervisor looking for a step up in their career and the company has several different avenues to advance through.



Requirements
Intermediate level of management experience

Ability to lead a team

Accurate decision-making skills

Quality control experience in fabrication and manufacturing

Ability to meet tight deadlines
