To qualify you need to have at least 2 years as a Service Manager, or Shop Forman, leading a team of 4-12 Mechanics from any Heavy Equipment Industry. Having a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Journeyman is considered as asset but is not required. As a People Leader, you need to be Dedicated, Motivating, Performance and Priorities Driven. As an improvement leader you will troubleshoot and facilitate a growing business, plan and organize daily activities, maintain consistent work flow, meet deadlines, and maintain positive customer relations.

Our client offers Individual and Group RRSP Plans, Medical and Dental Benefits, a Renewable Annual Tool Allowance, 3 Weeks Vacation, Training, etc. Compensation is based on experience - $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, Benefits, RRSP, Vacation, etc.
In season (Mid April to the End of September) - 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday. Off Season - 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, no Saturdays.
