An experienced manager with a good technical background and strong leadership skills is required for a heavy equipment dealership in Lloydminster. The service manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service in an efficient manner and working towards growth in the service department. Primary responsibilities are to schedule repairs, supervise a team of technicians, supervisory staff, parts clerks and administrators. Previous managerial experience and an inter-provincial red seal heavy equipment license is an asset. To be successful in this role, candidates will need to be firm but fair when dealing with clients and employees. This position requires someone with a strong sense of urgency who is prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Salary varies depending on experience. Total compensation will be in the range of $100,000 per year including base, incentives, vehicle, benefits and pension.
Days, Monday to Friday.
