Agriculture Equipment Technician (Job # 351)

We are looking for a mechanic who has experience servicing various types of large and small agricultural equipment such as sprayers, combines, harvesters, planters & seeders, etc and various types of tractors used for farming. You must have a Farm Equipment or a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic License (journeyman certificate) or be a qualified 3rd or 4th year apprentice with experience on these types of machines. You will be responsible to repair, maintain and service various large & small agricultural equipment in a fast paced environment. You will also be required to assist customers and diagnose any related problems with the equipment in the shop or in the field. Experience with maintenance & repair of larger construction, mining or logging equipment is a definite asset and will be considered. (ie: CAT, John Deere, Volvo, Case, Komatsu, Liebherr, Linkbelt, Kobelco, Hitachi, etc.) A strong diesel engine, hydraulics and electrical background is required and you should be an excellent troubleshooter. Must have a positive attitude and ambition to progress within the company.
$24.00 - $26.00 p/h DOE. Medical and Dental Benefits included and overtime available in busy seasons.
Monday to Fridays, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
