With over 8 decades of servicing the Southern Saskatchewan region with their agricultural equipment and repair needs, this company is now seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and driven Service Manager. The model candidate for this role will possess 2+ years of Service Manager/Foreman experience as an improvement leader. You will troubleshoot and facilitate a growing business, plan and organize daily activities, maintain consistent work flow, meet deadlines, manage/direct a team of 4 to 12 direct reports and maintain positive customer relations.
Our client offers Individual and Group RRSP Plans, Medical and Dental Benefits, a Renewable Annual Tool Allowance, 3 Weeks Vacation, Training, etc. Compensation is based on experience at $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
In season (Mid April to the End of September) - 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday. Off Season - 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, no Saturdays.
