We are presently looking for a Recruiter to help with the day-to-day needs of client requirements. You will be working within a versatile team that can source out top candidates in our field. We offer our candidate’s opportunities all across North American in a variety of industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, Forestry, Logistics and Transportation. We have the largest proprietary database and network of technicians available anywhere.
Sales Professional Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Self driven with proven success carrying an individual quota
• Experience using solution-selling methods
• Exceptional communication (both written and oral) and analytical skills
• Completion of post-secondary education and competitively driven individuals are a plus
Reporting to the General Manager, your leadership role will focus on matching our exceptional candidates with our clients’ needs across multiple industries.
