A large, multi-location Farm Equipment dealer is in need of an experienced, intelligent and driven Service Manager for their Ottawa location. You will be responsible for overall operations of the service department including; monitoring and improving customer service and work closely with the technicians to assist in growing labour sales. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience in a similar environment and be extremely customer service oriented. Journeyman certification in Heavy Equipment and/or Agricultural is considered an asset for this role.
$50,000 to $60,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
Monday - Friday Days; 7:00am to 5:30pm (must be flexible)
