Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Agriculture (Job # 611)

We are seeking a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year agricultural apprentices for an ever-growing shop that has seen a steady increase in business and needs to continue to build their team. The ideal mechanic will join an established team of technicians, in a fully equipped shop, capable of handling any type of repair. Field work will also be required, service trucks outfitted with the latest in technology and tools are provided. For this position a Journeyman Certificate is nice to have, but is not required. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working with farm or construction equipment such as John Deere, CASE (IH), CAT, New Holland etc.
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus performance bonuses and overtime in the busy season. Benefits after 3 months, including pension plan.
Days, Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with some overtime, and on call hours as part of a scheduled rotation during peak season.
