Service Manager-Heavy Equipment/Agriculture (Job # 831)

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to over see operations in the Service Department. You will be responsible for hiring of employees, training, assigning work to technicians, budgeting and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be looking after a team of up to 12 personnel in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Heavy Equipment or Agricultural Equipment Repair. Previous experience working as a Shop Foreman will be considered a strong asset. We encourage all that have previous Managerial experience in a Heavy Equipment atmosphere to apply. $60,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience with Benefits, 3 Weeks Vacation, Individual and Group RRSP, Paid Training, etc.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed during the busy season (April to September)
