Service Manager - Truck & Equipment Repair (Job # 567)

We are seeking a Service Manager to run a heavy truck service department. Leading a team of 6 technicians, you will be responsible for both the maintenance and management of a fleet of 150 and the profitability of the growing service department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the operations of a truck repair facility. Candidates who have experience with Commercial Vehicle Inspection Programs, shift work and maintenance programs will be the best fit. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising work order documentation, managing and prioritizing maintenance and repair work, performing spot-checks, be computer proficient and have experience with financial budgets. Having your heavy equipment technician journeyman ticket or equivalent truck mechanic license is necessary for this role.
Starting salary of $75,000.00 per annum (flexible depending on experience), company pick-up truck, cell-phone and benefits package after 3 month probation period.
Days, must be flexible to work any hours as needed.
