Shop Foreman - Heavy Truck Dealership (Job # 560)

A journeyman truck and coach technician is required to join the management team of a well established truck dealership in Lloydminster. This role reports to the Service manager and is responsible for scheduling work and supervising a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working as a technician and will have spent the last few years working towards a management role (lead hand technician or working foreman.) This is a hands off position and could lead to a service manager position for the right candidate. To be successful in this role you must have a strong technical background, above average computer skills and excellent customer service. Those with a background working in a truck dealership will be given preference.
Pay range varies depending on experience and will comprise of base wage, pension, benefits as well as incentive pay (year end bonus.) Experienced applicants can expect between $33.00 - $37.00 per hour.
