An experienced manager with strong technical background is required for a heavy equipment shop in Lloydminster. The service manager is responsible for ensuring all maintenance and repairs are done accurately, efficiently and to manufacturers specifications. Will be responsible for supervision of mechanics as well as administrative staff. Main goal of the position is to keep service department running safely and cost effectively. Previous experience in the automotive, trucking or heavy equipment industry is ideal for this type of role. A good understanding of mechanical repairs is required.
$60,000 - $70,000 per year (flexible depending on experience) plus benefits and a performance based bonus structure.
Days, but must be flexible to work any hours as needed.
