Raysa is looking for a TIBCO Middleware Consultant. Ideal candidates must have firsthand experience with Large Enterprise Wide Projects. Responsibilities include:
* 5+ years with managing, designing, developing and delivering successful Middleware projects
* 5+ years of experience with client interaction, understanding requirements, proposing solutions and creating good estimates
* Experience with TIBCO, Webmethods, and BA is a plus.
* Diverse experience in developing and implementing middleware solutions
*Leadership experience to lead the project team
Skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Report progress and issues to the clients program manager
Qualified candidates will possess strong understanding of the SDLC from idea inception through scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, QA, user acceptance, deployment, maintenance support, and change management.
