To provide accurate observations about software operation.
Position Responsibilities:
Accountable to team lead for daily tasks and to the group manager for Accuracy.
Installation of software
Performing preset test steps
Recording test results
Generating reports
Equipment set up
Data base entry
Documentation updating
Required Skills:
Documentation of daily tasks, observed results
Knowledge of Operating systems
Some software trouble shooting experience
Experience supporting software (not a requirement)
Very good communication skills
Some networking experience (not a requirement)
Technical diploma or 2 years relevant experience in software testing or software support.
CNT or CST preferred
Bachelor of science in Comp Sci if testing is their chosen career path
