Outbound Sales Associates contact customers to promote and complete the sale of products and services to support business unit objectives. They resolve customer concerns at the first point of contact or refer for resolution. Must be able to identify requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery as well as compile and document information gathered from customers and record all contact activity.
