You are -
An energetic and committed Receptionist with a minimum of 6 months’ experience answering incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, and performing general administrative duties.
You possess both superior customer service and communication skills, with a friendly, outgoing personality. You are keen to be situated at the reception desk performing a multitude of clerical tasks, and you are excited about the prospect of expanding your office skills.
You are experienced with MS Word and Outlook, and have an aptitude for learning new software programs. You are highly organized with an eye for detail, and display your proven problem-solving abilities with your ‘can-do’ attitude.
Our clients provide exciting and rewarding work environments for outstanding team players looking for new challenges. Temporary roles may be short-term (a few days) or longer-term (weeks or months). |
