Our Client a Canadian owned company with over 15 years experience in dealing with manufacturing partners from around the world is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to cover a one year Maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders and key into system
- Notify customer of expected delivery dates and coordinate deliveries
- Liaise with Sales or Product Marketing Manager when required to resolve outstanding issues.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels
- Make required adjustments for order changes and cancellations
- Place orders with suppliers
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange method of shipment
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- Provided support for sales staff
- Troubleshooting customer delivery and account problems

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- 3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, problem identification and solution generation skills
- Proficiency in utilizing computerized business systems, Microsoft Word, Internet and E-mail.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
