What we ask of you:
As a successful Sales Manager candidate, you have a minimum of three years experience managing an inside sales team in a solution-selling environment. You are a methodical decision maker who enjoys new challenges. Your calm, rational demeanor and keen enthusiasm are mirrored in those you manage. Motivated by your high desire to succeed, you and your team consistently strive to exceed sales targets.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your leadership role will focus on assessment and development of team leads and sales reps, accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
Previous experience with solution based, inside telephone sales
Proven track record of achieving quota based objectives
Completion of post-secondary education and prior experience working with non-profit organizations a plus
