Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will call into the Top 500 global staffing firms and other HR technology providers. The LGS will collect research information, conduct initial qualification and set up follow up appointments for the Regional Sales Director. The LGS will also directly sell into small Resume Mirror accounts.
Job Description
• Work directly with Regional Sales Director and Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive lead generation strategies to ensure maximum revenue growth in respective territory.
• Directly sell into small Resume Mirror clients.
• Ensure that prospects have been properly qualified and that proper expectations have been communicated.
• Ability to generate leads through lists as provided for by Marketing including, but not limited to, direct mail, seminars, cold call from lead lists, regularly follow-up from existing customer database, and being able to extract lead lists independently (newspapers, literature, web sites) - be creative and brainstorm on how to generate leads.
• Ability to answer questions about Talent Technology, feature/ functions of Resume Mirror products and the various service offerings.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in your territory.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Talent Technology Corporation as a business, our history and philosophy where we fit in the space and be able to effectively communicate this to prospects
• Utilize internal CRM to manage activities and tasks and on-going prospect/client relationships.
• Answer questions regarding functionality/features of Talent Technology products and services.
• Effectively work inter-departmentally to obtain information on all aspects of the sales cycle, including RFP’s
• Represent Talent Technology Corporation with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Be a team player.
Skills and Experience
• Degree or diploma in Business or Technology
• At least 1-3 years work experience in a customer service or sales capacity
• Experience conducting high volume outbound calls and/or handling inbound sales or marketing calls (using a CRM system)
• Prefer a strong understanding of technology, web, enterprise (ERP) software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communications skills both oral and written
• Team player
