Position Summary:
The Web UI Designer / Developer will work with various product teams to define and build the user interface aspects of TTC’ product offerings.
Job Description:
• Work closely with other team members and product managers to build storyboards, proof of concept and prototypes of planned TTC applications.
• Work with developers to move ideas from prototype stage to production.
• Participate in defining use cases.
• Work closely with Product Management to validate UI designs with TTC customers.
• Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the HireDesk and Resume Mirror products and how we can best leverage new UI technologies.
• Work with developers to finalize UI aspects of all TTC products.
• Conducts ongoing usability testing and assessment
Skills
• Experience in human factors, HCI, information design, industrial design, or related area
• Strong knowledge of site design and usability principles, issues, and techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable.
• Solid understanding of Web-based applications from a UI perspective with experience in C#, CSS, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and AJAX.
• A solid understanding of security concepts and strategies and how they relate to Web UI’s.
• Experience working in environments using iterative/agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong understanding of the differences between current web browser alternatives.
Qualifications
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a directly related position providing the function as outlined in the job description.
